Create your first AI generation, understand the coin system, and explore Glow's features. Browse styles on the Home tab and tap any item to start creating.

Account & Login

Sign in with Apple or email, reset your password from the login screen, or permanently delete your account from Settings — all your data is removed within 30 days.

Subscriptions & Billing

Manage your Pro subscription from your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple — see the FAQ below for the request process.

AI Generations

Most generations complete within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. If a generation fails, your coins are automatically refunded — your balance updates without any action from you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your iPhone. Open Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → SubscriptionsGlow AICancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation only stops the next renewal. To request a refund for an already-billed period, see the refund FAQ below.

Why did my generation fail?

Generations can fail for a few reasons: a temporary outage at the AI provider, inputs that violate content guidelines (faces of public figures, explicit content, hate symbols), or an unsupported combination of aspect ratio and feature.

When a generation fails, your coins are automatically refunded to your balance — no action needed. If failures persist on a specific feature, please email us with the time you tried, the feature name, and your iPhone model so we can investigate.

Where can I find my creations?

All your completed generations live in the Profile tab under Creations, sorted newest first. Tap any creation to see details, save to your Photos library, or delete it.

Generations that are still processing show a loading state in the same list and update automatically once they complete.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases (subscriptions and coin packs) are processed by Apple, not by us. To request one:

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com on your iPhone or computer, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Glow AI purchase, and choose Request a refund. Apple makes the final decision and will email you the outcome. If approved, refunded coin packs are reversed from your in-app balance.

Can I delete my account and all my data?

Yes. Open the app → SettingsAccountDelete Account. Deletion is irreversible.

Your generations, uploaded inputs, account credentials, and subscription state are removed from active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. Purchase receipts may be retained beyond this for tax and accounting compliance, as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.

How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Sign in to the app with the same Apple ID you used to purchase, then open SettingsRestore Purchases. Your Pro subscription will reactivate within seconds.

Consumable coin packs do not restore (they're consumable by design), but any active Pro entitlement syncs automatically across all your Apple devices.
